Nature Rhythms

Mindful Drumming & Song Circle in Nature

Guided by Dee DiGioia

Nature Rhythms is a welcoming circle where we gather to slow down, drum, sing, and reconnect with ourselves, with nature, and with one another.  No experience is required.

No drumming or musical experience is necessary. Our circles welcome everyone—from those who have never touched a drum before to those with more experience. Together we explore simple rhythms, uplifting songs, and moments of mindful reflection—listening to the pulse of the drum, the breath of the wind, and the quiet wisdom within.

As our rhythms weave together, many find stress softening, creativity awakening, and a deeper sense of grounding and joy emerging.

Nature Rhythms is essentially our Rhythm YOUniversity Mindful Drumming Wellness Experience but out in nature – a therapeutic rhythm and mindfulness-based wellness approach inspired by the science of the HealthRHYTHMS® protocol, which integrates decades of research on the benefits of group drumming for overall well-being.

Experience powerful, evidence-based practices that nurture well-being from the inside out.
