Nature Rhythms is a welcoming circle where we gather to slow down, drum, sing, and reconnect with ourselves, with nature, and with one another. Join us at Crow’s End Retreat Center, a quiet and serene rural setting nestled in Squire Canyon.

No drumming or musical experience is necessary. Our circles welcome everyone—from those who have never touched a drum before to those with more experience. Together we explore simple rhythms, uplifting songs, and moments of mindful reflection—listening to the pulse of the drum, the breath of the wind, and the quiet wisdom within.

As our rhythms weave together, many find stress softening, creativity awakening, and a deeper sense of grounding and joy emerging.

Nature Rhythms is essentially our Rhythm YOUniversity Mindful Drumming Wellness Experience but out in nature – a therapeutic rhythm and mindfulness-based wellness approach inspired by the science of the HealthRHYTHMS® protocol, which integrates decades of research on the benefits of group drumming for overall well-being.

Experience powerful, evidence-based practices that nurture well-being from the inside out.

BE PREPARED:

      • We gather outdoors in the fresh air and beauty of nature whenever possible, with a cozy indoor space available if weather invites us inside.
      • Please bring an outdoor chair.
      • Dress in layers for our ever-changing microclimates. A hat is recommended.
      • If using sunscreen, please wash your hands afterward to help protect the instruments.
      • Feel free to bring a drum if you have one. Otherwise, drums and a variety of percussion instruments will be provided.
