You don’t need to be a singer or musician!! This is an inclusive environment where the joy of expression matters more than talent.

Open to all, including women, men, and the LGBTQ+ community.

What to Expect:

- - An uplifting, supportive space for anyone—no singing, musical, or drumming experience needed!
  - Simple, easy-to-learn songs with lyrics provided, sung together and in harmony.
  - Vocal exploration, improvisation, and creativity.
  - Rhythmic exploration, improvisation, and creativity with drums and percussion instruments to accompany the songs and the meditative in-between.

Your voice can be your own “music medicine” for physical and mental health and well-being! In this safe space, you’ll find the courage to share your authentic voice, building vulnerability, trust, and empowerment. Additional benefits include:

What to Bring:

- - A handheld drum OR percussion instrument such as a shaker or rattle (if you don’t have either one, I have plenty of extras!)
  - A cushion or mat for comfortable sitting
