Join our drumming circles to experience the transformative power of rhythm and connection. Through joyful and creative expression, the vibrant rhythms and heartbeats of the drums ignite a sense of joy and camaraderie. Together, we create unforgettable moments filled with laughter and pure FUN!
The plus side is, it’s oh-so-GOOD for you!
Participating in a drumming circle promotes a wealth of therapeutic and holistic health benefits encompassing physical, cognitive, mental, emotional, and social dimensions of well-being.
Drumming outdoors amongst the lovely lavender fields and the buzz of the bees is an added holistic bonus for attuning with the vibrations of nature’s goodness! Many thanks to Tatiana and Artem, the owners of the farm for hosting this! (Learn about the Lavender farm here: website)
Embrace the enchanting essence of rhythmic beats and the sense of unity within a community circle, allowing us to harmonize with ourselves, each other, and the natural world. This connection brings a profound sense of joy, peace, and healing, resonating with positive vibrations that uplift the heart, invigorate the body, and nourish the soul.
Come experience this for yourself! Absolutely NO previous musical/drumming experience is necessary, even if you think you have no rhythm! If you have been curious about a drumming or a drum circle but were afraid to try, now is your chance to explore in an accepting and non-judgmental atmosphere!
In our facilitated drum circles we’ll explore rhythms in a playful way through guided activities, along with opportunities to be spontaneous and creative! I will be your facilitator but everyone contributes to the whole experience. The activities are based on an integrated model of evidence-based practices found to promote well-being.
