Facilitated Drumming for Health and Well-being Special Event
In celebration of Earth Day and April’s full moon, let us honor and gift both earth and moon with rhythms from the heart and drumming in a circle in the great outdoors.

In addition to the ways our Joyful Rhythms Circles unfold, I will also be offering some mindfulness practices for honoring and connecting with the elements (earth, air, water, fire, ether), the waxing full moon, and one another. Enjoy some rhythmic alchemy for your heart and soul!

Earth Day is about honoring and celebrating our remarkable planet on this extraordinary day. Earth Day is a reminder of the importance of environmental conservation and sustainability, encouraging us to come together and take action for a healthier planet and brighter future.
Earth Day is an annual celebration that honors the achievements of the environmental movement and raises awareness of the need to protect Earths natural resources for future generations. The first Earth Day was held April 22, 1970. For Earth Day 2024 the theme is planet vs plastics. Earthday.org is working towards a goal of 60% reduction in production of all plastics by 2040.
