What our students are saying about mindfulness

The science and research is confirming the powerful and transformational benefits of mindfulness, yoga, and social-emotional learning for youth! Through my own experiences in working with youth, I have had the privilege of seeing or hearing about the positive impact it has made in their lives. I have taught mindfulness in a variety of ways with youth: one-to-one therapy for preschool through high school; special needs students; a pilot program in a middle school (“Circles of Compassion”); and even piloted a program for a charter school for kinder through 5th grade. Currently I am teaching community programs on the Central Coast of California.
