If every child and parent has an opportunity to learn and practice the healthy habits of mindfulness they will, indeed, have a positive impact on the world, beginning with the world within.

There is no way to happiness.

Happiness is the way.

ABOUT:

Our Family Mindfulness Workshop offers a wonderful experience for parents, grandparents, or guardians to enjoy some unique quality one-on-one time together with your little loved ones while promoting social, emotional, and physical well-being for each of you!

Why?

“Looking within is where we believe raising a mindful family starts—with each of us learning how to pause, listen deeply to ourselves, and trust our own wisdom. Finding spaces in our day to slow down, take a breath, and check in trains our minds to shift to a larger perspective in the midst of emotional reactions and see more clearly what we and others need in any given moment.”

~Elisha Goldstein

This three hour adventure integrates evidence-based practices of mindfulness through playfulness, exploration, movement, creativity, and even some moments of stillness and relaxation to support you and your child in discovering your “superpowers” or inner resources for reducing stress and experiencing more balance, resilience, over-all well-being at home, in school/at work, and in life.

Leave with a happy heart and equipped with some useful strategies to practice at home individually and with your family.

These positive experiences will transform social dynamics at home, at school/work, and in the community! These are skills for life! Mindful. Kindful. Skillful.
